Rooting Instructions

• Modifying / replacing your phone's software may void the phone's warranty and may render phone to 'brick' status - meaning your phone will not be worth much more than a brick. 
• Rooting a phone is entirely at your own risk. No one affiliated with ROMWarez is responsible for your decision to root your phone.
• Unlocking the bootloader on most phones will automatically wipe all data.

• Always backup your current Apps/Data/SMS Messages before performing any type of rooting procedure. Find these backup apps on Google Play. If you have a Google account, then backing up your contacts is unnecessary as these are on Google servers.

Rooting the Phone

• Download and extract RootFiles.zip into a folder on computer desktop. 
• Download and extract Odin Software into RootFiles folder/directory.
• Determine Baseband by navigating on phone to Settings --> About Phone.  Example: If Baseband is N7000XXLRK, the kernel required would be XXLRK-XEU.
• Download and save the correct root package below to phone's SD Card. 
  • Baseband XXLS7-XJB-3.1.
  • Baseband XXLRW-SFR-3.1.
  • Baseband JPLR8-OJP-3.1.
  • Baseband XXLRU-VDI-3.1.
  • Baseband XXLRT-DBT-3.1.
  • Baseband DDLR9-INU-3.1.
  • Baseband ZSLPN-OZS-3.1.
  • Baseband UBLR3-PSN-3.1.
  • Baseband XXLRL-HUI-3.1.
  • Baseband XXLRK-XEU-3.1.
• Reboot phone into Recovery Mode by holding down Volume Up + Home + Power. Hold buttons down until the animated Android logo is displayed.
• Select 'apply update from external storage' by using the volume rocker buttons to scroll and 'Power' button to select.
• Select the root package downloaded in earlier step using the same buttons (Volume buttons then Power button)
• When process complete, reboot phone. 
• Phone is rooted!
